How To Clean For 24 hours Every Day
The ability to clean for 24 hours, each and every day, depends upon the co-operation of your subconscious inner child. The subconscious may be accessed in many ways. The most direct is to visualise it as a toddler.
This is fortunate, because even were you to use a more complex method (such as hypnosis), you would rapidly discover that it has certain child-like properties.
It is:
Incredibly loyal
Dependent
Seeks its own sense of importance
May be easily hurt
Responds to love
Only understands positive instructions
The subconscious also will adopt ANY new behaviour which allows it to help and protect you (and therefore itself) better than what it’s doing for you right now.
So, if you want your subconscious to clean for you 24 hours a day you must:
Be on good terms with it
Provide it with a direct, unambiguous instruction
In a manner appropriate for a toddler
That benefits you more than how you would be without it
I wrote a separate post about how to get on the good side of your subconscious.
You cannot simply ask your subconscious to clean for you. Instead, you must excite its interest.
Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len had his own way of doing this. After comforting his inner-child, he would tell it ‘We’ve got a new cleaning tool’. Then he would introduce it to the word ‘Hawaii’ telling his subconscious excitedly that it’s a ‘new cleaning tool’.
It’s true that the word Hawaii may be used as a cleaning tool. If you’re already using it to clean, however, it’s not new to you – so you must use something else.
There are many other cleaning tools available. Wo knows, you may even be inspired to find a new one that’s just for you.
When you’ve told your subconscious that you’ve found a new tool, you spend time cleaning on whatever comes up (always acknowledging your Inner-Child as a witness to the process).
This is an informal, playful, process (rather than a serious one packed with solemnity and ‘do-goodness’.
Once the subconscious can see that your new tool is effective it will continue to clean for you.
The trick is for you to be constant in your deliberate cleaning during the early ‘training’ phase when you are consciously cleaning with your inner child.
If you’re in any doubt that you’ve achieved the degree of consistency needed, then either do some more (or if you’ve really ‘messed up’ start again with a tool that’s brand new to you).
Some people find it useful to ask the inner child if they would be prepared to try a ‘fair trial period of say ten days’ to see if the new tool is robust and helpful, benefitting both the inner child and you (the conscious mother energy).
This provides your inner-child with a ‘get out’, so it’s not under any obligation to continue beyond the allotted time, yet can choose to do so (in the same ways that toddlers sometimes take initiatives).
It’s not always necessary to do this, and it may be received as being a little ‘tricky’ yet some personalities find it helpful.
