Embracing Your True Self: A Journey Through Ho’oponopono and the Power of Non-Dualism

Have you ever wondered who you truly are and how to find your inner self? Today, let’s explore the ancient Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono, as taught by Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona and Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, and discover the power of non-dualism in knowing ourselves better.

Non-dualism is a philosophy where everything, including our thoughts, emotions, and the world around us, is part of a greater consciousness, often referred to as Divinity. We are all interconnected and made of the same substance.

Who is dreaming? Is the woman dreaming up the world, or is the world dreaming up the woman?

Imagine your body’s cells. Each cell knows it exists and performs its function but isn’t aware of the entire living system. Likewise, we depend on each other but may not be fully aware of this intricate connection.

When we stop identifying with our physical bodies and experiences, we can see ourselves as part of Divinity happening. This shift in perspective changes our relationship to memories, emotions, events, and stories.

At this point, something peculiar happens:

    1. We lose our usual language and the way we communicate.
    2. We can no longer engage in the “games” we used to play.
    3. Our behaviour becomes unpredictable.

It might be tempting to fall back into familiar patterns, but embracing this change allows us to find new, inspired words and experiences.

As you undergo this transformation, remember:

    • It’s normal to feel speechless or awkward at first.
    • Give yourself time to adapt and learn this new way of being.
    • Others around you will need time to catch up with the new you.

Polynesian Hawaiians could instinctively navigate The Pacific Ocean in canoes without compasses.

The ancient Polynesian Hawaiians had an advantage in sensing their Divinity from an early age. They could navigate the Pacific Ocean in canoes without compasses, showcasing their deep connection to their inner selves. However, not all Hawaiians fully understood this power or how it benefited them.

Sometimes, those from outside the tradition made faster progress in embracing their wisdom, speech, and intellectual concepts, possibly due to the lightness of their karmic data.

Embark on this journey of self-discovery with Ho’oponopono and non-dualism, and experience the transformative power of knowing who you truly are. Embrace your inner Divinity and the interconnectedness of all, and watch as your life blossoms with newfound wisdom and purpose.
